  • Q: Where do we serve?

    A: Currently we are in London and Essex, however with our ever-growing clientele and salons we hope to reach other areas very soon.

  • Q: What hours are we available?

    A: The hours of availability are based on each individual salon and stylist; however, we do encourage our salons to really put them self out for their clients.

  • Q: How long do you take to reply to a question or issue?

    A: Customer service is our top priority and having worked in this industry for over twenty years we aim to deal with your question / issue within 24 hours.

  • Q: Why do I need an allergy test before I have a colour service?

    A: Your health and well-being is our priority. Some people can already have or can develop an allergic reaction to hair colour products and can be hospitalised, even more so now due to Covid.

  • Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

    A: Due to the nature of our work some salons require a deposit when booking the appointment and most salons request a minimum of 24 hours 1 days notice in order to fill the appointment space.

  • Q: What happens if I’m late for my appointment?

    A: Should you arrive late most salons will do their best to accommodate you, however as most salons run a very tight schedule maybe it’s best to call ahead if your going to be late to see if it’s better to reschedule a time.
